I originally decided to give TNT a shot after serving their funny ad in Facebook. After seeing the ad I actually wrote this ad makes me laugh I want to tear my deck down and get a new one well after meeting with Adam that’s what I did. He was great front start to finish. Spent over an hour and half with me and my wife answer all of our questions and explained all of our options throughly. There was constant communication with company kept me in the loop. All the crew was great start to.finish. All of them were very outgoing and approachable. Plus they worked very hard had whole project done in a day and a half. From start to finish T&T delivered. From good communication and planning to a flawless execution of exactly what we had discussed. The quality and craftsmanship is superb and never once did we feel as if we were getting less than what we paid to have completed. We had a deck and pergola outdoor project. Pergola had additional wind/sun shades, remote louvers and outdoor fan. Both the deck and the pergola exceeded our expectations.

They do build a nice deck and did a great job meeting our goals of raising the deck to reduce the step height from inside, extending the deck length, and installing a proper set of stairs. Adam was helpful in working through material choices and design options, and he was very prompt in responding to our questions. The team also coordinated with MJ Concrete, who installed a patio under the deck during the replacement, which helped the overall project come together. The reason for the 4-star review is the installation crew’s inconsistent communication about when they would be on-site or off. We recently had our dangerous, rotting, completely unusable 40+ year old back deck completely rebuilt by T&T Home improvement and have been so pleased with the experience and outcome! Adam was flexible with scheduling to meet us for our initial consult, as well as being flexible when we changed plans from doing a new wood deck to composite instead. The crew was impressive— they were courteous, clean, and completed the work in a timely manner. They really took the time to make sure they did a good job of removing and repairing the rot behind the old deck along the house and lagged the new deck with our existing screened porch beautifully! I really enjoyed working with T&T Home Improvement. From the initial estimate to the final project finished. Everything was done in the timely manner. The crew was great. every day before they left, the job site was cleaned up and they arrived on time the next morning. Their attention to detail and fit and finish was exceptional.
