Our home warranty dispatched this company to take a look at our AC. We realized the AC wasn't working on Sunday night and by Monday morning they had us scheduled for early Tuesday. Lucky for us Keith the tech had the part in his car and fixed it immediately. We are so so grateful to Keith for getting this fixed in a timely manner. Our house had gotten up to 87 degrees during a time there was an excessive heat warning.

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. They are not worth the headache much less the money. I rarely even leave reviews but I’m so angry with this whole ordeal. They were sent through my warranty company because my ac was randomly powering off completely every few hours and we had to reset the breaker box to get it going again. The first time they came out they said they were ordering some special part and did a “temporary fix” to keep it running. It did not fix anything the ac went out that same night. They did not say when they would be coming back so I had to call about that as well. About a week and a half later they came back and installed the part and again the ac was having the same issues within a day. Avoid this HVAC company at all costs. If your home warranty company contracts with them insist on a different company. Why? We were unfortunate enough to be contracted to George's when our home warranty company replaced our air conditioner. We've had two big issues, one immediate and one 5 years later. Within hours of them installing the replacement air conditioner the unit was flooding. They came back out and said they got it fixed. It started flooding again. They came back out and finally fixed the leak the second time. Unfortunately, my home is a manufactured home and the unit is right off my living room where it flooded onto the subflooring and warped everything. That was a major headache to get fixed. Now, 5 years later the unit that they installed had the motherboard short out. My H

George's Heating and Cooling were contracted through my home warranty. He came in the same day, diagnosed my AC issue, and fixed it within a few hours. Overall it was a good experience. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and friendly. I would use them again in the future.

Had a great experience with this company. They are contracted through my home warranty company, and were very quick to call and schedule my apt despite it being late on a Saturday afternoon. They fixed a gas leak in my furnace and did a tune up at reasonable price. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
