I called late to get a quote, expecting to leave a voicemail, but I got a response right away. I was able to give all my info and received a quote first thing in the morning. I chose them because of how transparent their pricing was, and I’m so glad I did! I honestly thought having six movers in the house would be chaotic, but it was the opposite. They handled everything with such speed and care, getting my grandparents to their new place and unpacked so much quicker than I thought possible . What I expected to be a stressful, overwhelming day turned into such a relief thanks to their help. Friendly, professional, and honest—these guys made a tough move feel effortless. Highly recommend!

Major Price Increase and Property Damage Thank you for your response to Luciano. I’m responding on his behalf since he isn’t able to reply directly. To clarify for accuracy, there were no storage units involved in this move. Your crew wrapped our furniture and moved only our furniture from one residence to another. Nothing was “thrown into storage units,” as stated. During the estimate call, Luciano provided the exact items to be moved, including the number of dressers, the bed, mattress, and frame. There were no surprise additions to the scope of work. Additionally, when I spoke with Rebecca (or the representative who handled the estimate), I was clearly told that the move would not exceed $700. I specifically stated that we would not proceed if the cost approached $1,000, and I was a

Major Price Increase and Property Damage I was quoted approximately $700 for my move, but the final bill came to $951— over $250 higher than estimated. Additional transportation and fuel charges were added that were not clearly disclosed upfront, and the invoice itself contains a math discrepancy. To make matters worse, a dresser was damaged during the move (broken leg) while in their care. I attempted to resolve this directly in good faith and was ignored. I will be filing complaints with the Arizona Department of Weights and Measures and the Better Business Bureau. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to consider alternative moving companies.

Junior and Mark just picked up some priceless family heirlooms, including a grandfather clock.
