I live at Cinnamon Tree Apartments (high crime!). Very sloppy work. Very disrespectful. Very noisy. Every Monday morning, there is a single "worker" using a very loud leaf blower to blow debris from the parking area in front of my apartment. He typically takes between 2 and 4 hours to complete the task. Then, on Tuesday, begin another leaf blower near my building! I've seen people mowing grassy areas after the leaf blowers have blown them away around the complex. Employees park wherever they want, and most of the time, they block the road and occupy parking spaces. I live at one of the apartment complexes that they take care of. Terrible work. They never trim any shrubs. Almost everything is overgrown. The grass near my apartment is turning into nothing but weeds. From what I have read in reviews, they obviously do not care about the job that they do. I would advise anyone thinking about using them to rethink their decision. When I first moved into my apartment complex, the landscaping was incredible. The original owner sold to another company and for whatever reason the new owner went with this company and the landscaping went to hell. What a disappointment. I’m newer to the city and have used one other landscaping company. Allan and his team have done a great job at turning around the grounds of the community I manage. They’ve gone the extra mile to do what’s best for our grounds. Certainly recommend them to anyone!

What kind of 'leaf blower' uses a push broom in 40+mph winds? They have No inkling on how to do 'landscaping' lazy, killing the vegetation ride the clock. Nothing good to say about these people. Spend all day doing a whole bunch of absolutely Nothing! Our complex looks like a blind man did something. Not to mention, they ignore a good 2/3s of the property. Don't waste your money on these individuals. Whatever they're getting paid, is too much!

These people have been "landscaping" at my apartment complex for at least several months now. They start at 7:30AM with the lawn mowing and leaf blowing so there's no chance of sleeping in. They make no effort to clear the walkway so people on their way to work and school can safely pass. They leave the grass clippings everywhere and don't bother to pick up after themselves at all. They regularly ding vehicles in the parking lot with their leaf blowers, and today one of the employees just kept blowing the leaves and small rocks right in the direction of my car while I was trying to re-enter the complex. I would never willingly use this company and will be sure to let anyone who is considering them know about their carelessness and sloppy work.
