Turco Roofing

This is in Response to Susan Dodd’s review We recently worked with Turco Roofing and had a very positive experience, even though we discovered that our original shingles were severely defective. Turco helped us through the entire process and made it much less stressful than we expected. They explained what was happening, documented the issues, and guided us on the next steps. Once the defect was confirmed, Turco replaced our shingles with a better, upgraded roofing material at no additional cost & the difference in quality is noticeable. Afterwards they cleaned up and you would never know they were there. I think this company is the best in our area. I would refer them to anyone who wants to receive outstanding work! Michele and her team were great from the start, helping with every step of the process. They kept us up to date on progress and assisted with information, even well after the project was completed. Happy with the end result, and as an added bonus, we have found very few nails from the demolition process.

BEWARE of this roofing company. Bad experience.Turco telling homeowners shingles are defective several years after install. Turco tells homeowners to make claims to Owens Corning and Turco will send photos. Several months later, Turco then rips off shingles to present with claims. Eight months later, Turco still has not sent shingles or photos to Owens Corning. Homeowners decided to find another roofer to assist with claims. Demanded Turco to replace shingles and she refused. Contacted several reputable roofing companies to continue our claims only to find out, the shingles are "NOT DEFECTIVE". Now we have to pay out of pocket to replace torn off shingles.
