This company broke a waterline, on the neighbors home and in result to that got not 1 not 2 but 3 of my vehicles covered in mud water. They very much knew what they did because they even laughed at what they did instead of apologizing wich is the least they could do. Vehicle 196 on 1/20/26 @1:30

Dirty and unprofessional. Scheduled to fix neighbors internet connection. Workers jumped over fence instead of knocking on the door to be let in. Trashed back yard leaving several metal bailing wire parts and turnbuckle that holds cable. Trimmed trees in their way and left trimmings all over the backyard knocking over a plant and breaking off branches of another one nearby. Moved neighbors trashcan to park in front of another house. Neighbor had to walk around and ask what happened. Jerson Pentate Mena supervisor said he would fix it and never did anything.

Do not hire this company!! One of their employees driving their company TRUCK completely ran a red light and hit my car which caused MAJOR damage to my vehicle. Then he proceeded to drive off without stopping to check if I was okay or to exchange information. I drove after him and signaled him to pull over and the driver responded rudely waving his finger and stating he was not going to pull over. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of responsibility and professionalism. I tried reaching out to the company to resolve the issue, but they were unresponsive and unhelpful. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using their services. They clearly do not care about their customers or the safety of others on the road.

Frustrated, unsatisfied, and overwhelmed with the service performed by Turn Around Communication. They're very unprofessional, lack in communication with others (Spectrum and Customers) or the changes made for the job, and the worker may give you a "well you should've done this before we came out" attitude. They do believe in customer satisfaction; however, it costs you to wait for them whenever they're late. Before they show up I had to speak with management to get them access when I had little to no information about the job being done; I had made calls to Turn Around Communications that management needs to speak with the contractor before doing the job, but they never said anything that gave a reassuring result. Today I was leaving to go to work and my driveway was blocked by one of these trucks so I asked the guy to move it and he took his time, gave me an attitude and then called me names pertaining to my weight and said “you’re lucky I even moved it” he was a larger Hispanic man with a mustache and was extremely rude. Shouldn’t be someone that’s representing the Spectrum name acting up like this when he’s the one blocking my property.
