Her communication was clear, prompt, and genuinely thoughtful. She was flexible with my schedule and worked on a trust-based approach, which meant so much. I needed to provide a credit card to secure my moving date, but I was traveling that day — flying between cities and then on a crowded shuttle — so sharing my card info over the phone wasn’t ideal. On moving day, Rudy lead the team and took time and concern to make sure I had everything where I wanted it in the new place from the height of my tv mounting to double checking that boxes were in the correct corresponding room. Rodney, David, and Josue were on the job as well. They worked tirelessly to carry items in and out and took care and caution in doing so. Made it through the move without any damaged items. Denise was a pleasure to work with to coordinate the move. The whole process was seamless and stress-free thanks to the whole team.

I used Turn Key Moving Solutions for my move from New York City to Miami. Moving is quite a stressful process, but I'm so glad I used Turn Key Moving Solutions. After getting quotes from multiple companies I felt the most comfortable with TMS as they were going to provide me with a dedicated truck and the same crew would be handling my move on both ends. The move was flawless. Not even a single broken glass or plate. The movers were extremely professional and moved quickly. They packed up my entire 1 bedroom apartment and met me in Florida three days later to move me in. They set up my furniture and helped me unpack. Some moving companies can be really shady but I felt TMS was very transparent and accurate with their quote. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I've used TMS for an office move. They are competitive, don't nickel and dime you for extras, and are very responsive. They handled a move right in the middle of COVID quarantine, and were more than helpful and patient with our limited staff trying to pack and move everything over. Jim (owner) is always responsive and is always involved in the job. HIGHLY recommend!
