Turner Buildings Sys

Called half a dozen times for a quote and it took the better part of two weeks for them to get back to me. I finally spoke to "Doris" and she gave me a verbal quote on the phone. I accepted the quote and asked her to send me the invoice so I could make a down payment to secure a build date. She never got back to me. I called at least twice a week and left messages with more than one person at Turner Building Systems with no response. I feel like I dodged a bullet. This was a $100k project and if their quality of construction is anything close to their lack of communication/care/customer service, I call myself lucky. I would suggest using a reputable builder like Yarborough or Hoover.

Apparently they have plenty of buisness and don't need to call back quotes
