Very unreliable company. Ran poorly. Their ant stuff worked great but could never get anyone to come out and do yard. Called in April multiple times. Told technician would contact and never heard anything, I would recommend save yourself the headache and go else where

Cannot recommend Turner and Lynn personally enough! They are always so helpful, polite, and no matter what they make sure your issues get resolved. Cannot recommend a better pest control service with their customers as their top priority!!

Serviceman was 15 minutes late and came without gloves! Very non-verbal seemed like he wanted to get in and out. Ignored a few of my questions about our home and then said he had to go. Saw him practically run around the outside of our house to spray outside. The company motto is “We Care” but it doesn't seem that way. We will be looking elsewhere for reliable protection on our home!!

Paid them for years, but they quit coming on a regular basis and we got bugs in our beautiful home!! Called them TWICE - second time, spoke to "Kevin?" who said he would be coming out, but never showed. We waited but have never heard back. Hired another contractor today. I called at 8AM after finding FIRE ANTS swarming my sons carpet the night before and after trying everything I knew to do including shampooing his carpets only to wake up to his carpet literally moving again I had the pleasure of speaking to a very kind lady. She could sense the urgency and terror in my voice and said she was going to try to catch one of her men right then and Before 8:30AM a kind very respectful young man named Ron arrived and quickly took care of a problem I felt completely helpless to! He even found where they were coming in. I am so happy with the service I received and the tech they sent I honestly can’t say enough good things about them! Thank you Turner for knowing the true meaning of customer service and for going above and beyond! I will be a lifelong customer!
