Turner Ramp

Easy parking structure right across from Buffalo City Hall. It is $2 an hour, $4 per evening, and max $9 per day payable by credit card only. You'll take a ticket and insert it when you leave. The first two levels are mostly reserved parking so plan to go up to level 3 and save your searching efforts. There are both stairs and elevators in the middle of each level. You can enter/exit on both Perkins and Eagle. Very easy.

This parking ramp is right next to the Buffalo City Court. It is $2/hour and you pay at the exit as you leave the parking garage. They do not accept cash. I had no trouble finding parking on a Friday afternoon at 2:30 PM, but the garage is a bit tight. All the parking on level 1 and 2 are reserved, but there were plenty of spaces on level 3. The roads are one way so follow the signs to go up and down the ramp. The elevator was also hard to find, so I took the stairs down. On my way back to my car, I located the elevator since it was close to the Perkins Dr entrance. On the ground floor, there is also an entrance to the Buffalo City Court. It is located right in front of the elevator.

Turner ramp is in a great spot downtown, right off Niagara Square and convenient to city hall and some of Buffalo's most beautiful architecture. Monthly parking is very reasonable. I gave it 4 stars because it's older and the years have taken their toll on the structure, but it's a 5 for location and cost.
