They are the best. I have not have central heat and AC since 2008. Everywhere I called wanted way to much money to do the job. Turners was the lowest of all prices I got quoted. Turners took out the old OIL furnace that was over 50 years old and they put in a new Amana. The replaced the outdated AC unit and replaced it with a slim and new upgraded AC unit that is guaranteed for life. This is wonderful! I have heat and central AC now! So happy with the new system. Jack from Turner’s was outstanding. He was professional, calm, and extremely knowledgeable from the moment he arrived. He took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of guessing or upselling, and clearly explained what was going on with my system. The problem ended up being airflow-related — a clogged filter and closed vents caused the furnace to overheat and trip the limit switch — and Jack walked me through exactly what happened and how to prevent it in the future. Once corrected, he made sure everything was running properly before leaving. I really appreciated his thoroughness, honesty, and clear communication. Turner was great. Prompt answering of the phone on the weekend and booking an appointment was professional and quick. The Technicians that followed up with calls could not have been more friendly and helpful. DJ came and explained everything he did and was open to all my questions and concerns. I signed up for the Premier service without hesitation. This was a very good experience and I believe I have found my HVAC company for the future.

Jason did an excellent and expedient job. Wh we n finished he called and talked with my husband and gave him reassurances about our service. This call was greatly appreciated by my husband and gave me great relief. Thank Jason and we thank all of you.
