SCOTT IS AWESOME! I sent my PacoJet ice cream machine in for repairs and they did an amazing job. And I live over a thousand miles away. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my restaurant equipment except these guys. Excellent customer service and turnaround time. Highly recommend.

I have never been treated so badly. I entered the store, waited for a few minutes while the woman was chatting and laughing. She clearly saw me and never came up until the person she was talking to told her go help the person up in front (he was not an employee there). She was short, condescending and rude to me. She had something I needed because she said they had it in stock and she wouldn't sell it to me unless she could see what it was for. She wanted to be able to look at it and charge me a service call and install for something that did not need her to touch anything. All she needed to do was get the items I needed from the back and bring it to the front so I can pay for it and be on my way. Called Scott upon recommendation about a PacoJet issue I was having. He quickly diagnosed the problem and stayed on the phone with me to get it fixed. Truly amazing service and a great guy. Really appreciate his help and he will be the first person I call with any issues down the road!

Great customer service. Over the past 12 years I've had Scott repair many pacojets for me. Service is quick when I have to send one in and they come back humming like new. I also appreciate how Scott always takes the time to answer my questions, and in 12 years I've never even had a call that was not pleasent no matter who I spoke to. I'm sorry I haven't reviewed sooner.
