Mike and his crew were great. A full install just under 6 hours. Quality work and friendly. The pricing was competitive. I felt like Mike was honest and upfront. He even went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and our old AC was functioning enough until we could get the install. Turtley Awesome!

Overall satisfied with their work. Super nice guys who provided great customer service. Only gripe I have is that they did not dig out and replace the old concrete slab. They just placed the new one on top, which looks weird.

Mike and his team (Michael, Leon) kicked butt on a challenging install. All three of these guys were knowledgeable and experienced. Leon even routed my drain line out behind a downspout - nice & invisible!

Michael from Turtley Awesome Cooling and Heating walked me through the whole process from the beginning estimate through the installation. I live in a different state so this was very helpful. His estimate to install the new AC unit as well trim, spackle and the installation of a new smart home thermostat was priced competitively. Ultimately, it came down to our ability to communicate our questions and concerns with him as well as the additional perks offered. Michael answered all our text questions professionally and sent out texts to let us know the employees were on their way. Michael and his employees also communicated with my daughter, who is lives in the condo, through the whole step by step process. The employees Mike, Mike, Leon and Vincent were very respectful and knowledgeable o
