I contacted TWC to clean three small ice makers. Before they would even schedule the work, they required me to sign a 1-year service contract. After signing the contract, no one showed up for over four months, despite multiple phone calls asking for service. Eventually they finally sent technicians out to clean the machines. They sent two technicians for three small ice makers, and then tried to charge extra for the cleaning, even though the cleaning was supposed to be included in the service contract. About a month later, two of the machines stopped working. After more calls and delays, a technician finally came out only to say the machines were “broken” and it would cost around $4,000 to replace them. Do not use this company! I chose this company because the manufacturer of my oven had them listed as a recommended repair service of their equipment. They charge $124 for the service call and then $124 an hour. I went with it because that to me means they should be familiar with my oven and it should not take them forever. The technician was on his notepad trying to figure out what was wrong, tried to tighten my hinges on my doors that are supposed to be lose which immediately let me know he was not familiar with with my product. But the worst part is he sat in his truck for 45 mins to come up with me a quote and then wanted to bill me for that time he took to quote me. They tried to bill me from the time he arrived, not the time he walked in the door and where my parts would have been abo

I don't believe there is a better group in Atlanta or in Charleston to take care of our refrigeration needs. They hire well and train well and as a result, Heather, Robin and Austin are spoiling us rotten. We just wanted to give this team a well-deserved shout out. Long overdue.

I submitted a service request on line and still haven't heard back Revised I was able to get the appointment Thank You Revised #2 I have had several service calls. It's always an issue. Billing is a major issue. DO NOT under any circumstances let them store your credit card information. You will be billed before pricing is discussed. Use a card that you can LOCK and unlock it once you have agreed on a price. Service on most of my items where good. However I dont like to be bamboozled when it comes to pricing. The last item I had them fix... a warmer. Cost me 350 to fix and the same issues started again 38 days later. Faulty switch. I was told we cover 30 days. If you want us to come again you pay! No discount no explanation...just pay. I just found a other company that had a higher level

Although I didn’t need TWC Services for Heating/air, I would definitely recommend them on account of their professional and extremely helpful attitudes. I ran into car trouble today on the side of the road off Buford Hwy by the Goodwill and 2 employees came over to ask me if I was ok and if I needed assistance; which I definitely did-never having changed a tire before. Both Harley and Coty changed my tire, showed me how to do it and stayed until I was good to go! I tried to give them what I had in my wallet but they refused, so if this is the only way I can say thank you to these guys here it is. TWC I hope you know what amazing people you have working for you! Thanks again
