WARNING!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They mark up parts 300% for my work order and charged extra hours work with NO explanation. There quote for my work order was is not detailed. No pricing on parts, just description. Asking for an explanation and the lady said I don’t want to get into quoting prices on parts. Truly improper business conduct. BEWARE!!

I tried, for weeks, to work with them on replacing damaged parts on a case. After several ridiculous and incompetent experiences, I gave up. Having damaged cases is easier than working with them. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Absolutely not recommended. . . . and as for the owner's response? no one ever reached out to me. It's been over a year. Again, absolutely not recommended.

Every time they come to do the "preventive maintenance" The equipment that was working fine before they touched it, is now broken. This has happened 4 consecutive times. Sadly my corporate offices have a nationwide contract with these scammers. So I personally cannot fire them. DO NOT ALLOW THEM ACCESS TO WORK ON ANYTHING!!! They will make matters worse!

Tech constantly Complains about extra work just because he had5/30/2023 to move “your” own rental ice machine out of the w to get access to the water line. The main issues is, tech is scamming clients for extra working hour. This happens multiple time from your company. 2nd. Tech cheat with his upon arrival time and leaving time. Upon arrival time is fair. Upon leaving time is absolutely a SCAM. He finish his work at 1pm, put everything back and had me sign on his tablet at 1:38 but in his report it say he finish at 3pm. Everything is captured on camera at the restaurant. From 1:45-3pm he was nowhere inside my building performing any job. it was my mistake for having too much trust in your company.

sadly, they care more about profits than customer service, my machine has not been serviced in over 8 months so i stopped making payments. now they won’t even pick up my calls, meanwhile my employees are drinking ice with green and white mold
