Twin cities pest

Nick with Twin city pest has treated our home twice so far for our quarterly service. Each time he has been on time, explained everything he was doing or saw and very professional and friendly. He found areas that needed more attention that were previously missed by another pest company I had before Twin city pest. Nick has a professional setup and paying an invoice could not be easier. I’m very happy we are doing business with Nick and Twin city pest.

I called them to request a refund on a service I never wanted. They told me it was an auto renew. It was a one time service 2 years ago. The technician called to schedule service and I asked repeatedly, Will I be charged because we don't have a contract, do now want one, and please don't auto renew next year. The woman on the phone said they could not turn off the auto renew I would have to call them next year or I would be billed for auto renew. What business says they cannot turn off auto renew a year out? I have never heard of such a thing. Basically I'm not allowed to turn off my bill until I am billed? I asked for them to explicitly put that in the ticket and to auto cancel at that time. They said they would "mark the calendar" sure, don't mark the ticket, just set a reminder? I won't

The best Customer Service I called him. He came out right away. Did the job in one week I haven’t seen any mice. I will recommend him To my friends and family, you will not be disappointed

This guy just made like he was going to make a turn and made a u turn in front of me and almost hit me. I had to slam on my brakes to avoid him. When I honked at him he backed up to block the intersection then drove off when he saw that I was taking a picture of his vehicular homicide mobile (van). Then I called the number and asked if I was talking to somebody in the office and he lied and said that I was then tried to cuss me out. Very unprofessional and dangerous driver. Thought everyone should be aware.
