Two Maids

Used this company for 2yrs and had to fire them yesterday...they came earlier than the time window, and i.told them to come back at 3pm as we are graveyard workers and sleep during the day. (For the passed 2yrs it was this way without a problem)This has happened before and they would return as we were told we were their last stop of the day as per cleaning crew. Yesterday they refused and we were not informed until.late in the day. I called their number and was treated very rudely by the "lady" and i use that term loosely, who answered the phone. She had every excuse imaginable why they would not be back to clean. Most of the conversation was her saying..."ummm" every other word making up excuses. I came home to the cleanest my house has been since I purchased it. Amazing results, thorough cleaning throughout the entire house. They even took the time to organize my 4yo daughter's room. Very satisfied with this company. Highly recommend giving them a chance. Five stars!!

Have used Jeff and his crew multiple times for homes needing a deep clean, and have recommended him to other clients as well: we've all been so pleased with the work of his crew over many months--I will continue to recommend him to others! Of note, there was one area forgotten on a move out clean (primarily because I didn't allow the crew enough time) -- Jeff responded to my call promptly and returned immediately with cleaners to solve the issue, as the home was going on the market with limited time available: I was very happy with the results and Jeff's attention to the matter--very professional and much appreciated care for a small customer and job.
