Albert did an excellent job. He was punctual, efficient, polite, and the work was done at a great price. This was our second time using TCGD for maintenance and spring repair. I highly recommend this company. By the way, they also filled my son’s bike tire a few years ago when they came to do work. It was refreshing to experience such great customer service.

I called Twin Cities Garage Door to solve a problem with my keypad. Fortunately for me, Albert, a new service technician came to fix my problem. He addressed the problem that another technician failed to identify. I was so grateful. He was kind, honest and recommended a garage door replacement. He was skilled and offered me good price for replacement. He replaced the tracks that were rusted out and a matter of a few hours, the garage door was operating quietly and securely, and air tight from the previous drafts. I’m so grateful for Albert and management of Twin Cities Garage Door. They are professional and guarantee their work and I appreciate Albert. Thank you.

Duncan & Albert were great! They arrived on time and offered recommendations on what would make my garage door work better (I had contacted TCGD because my door was very loud). They didn't oversell anything - I even asked about if something was needed and they let me know it wasn't. Their customer service was great - I felt they heard my issue, offered trustworthy recommendations and completed the work quickly and cleanly. I will absolutely use this company again - thanks to Duncan and Albert they have a customer for life!

Colin and Albert came out today 2-10 to fix garage door. I dealt mainly with Colin however Albert was very professional!! Colin was absolutely fantastic and explained everything explicitly!! He consulted with me with suggestions he highly recommended in a very non pushy way. I would definitely recommend your company and ask for Colin. Albert was very helpful and provided great recommendations on what preventative maintenance and upgrades I needed to make my garage door continue to work at a high level for years to come.
