Twin City Lock & Key

It seems from the sign on the front door that this business is only open by appointment only now. And after stopping and trying to figure out if they were even open and where to park (no spots clear of snow) I got rear-ended to make matters worse. And then I found out my whole purpose in coming (to get a key copied) couldn't even be accomplished because they are closed. Google should update its info on this business because Google said they were open and they are open by appointment only now.

Twin City Lock and Key is a Professional organization, that addressed my issue in a timely, effective, and a very fair priced manner. From the beginning of the process to completion, it was clear that the staff were subject matter experts. Calling a locksmith company typically only occurs when something bad happens. Having a raw and stressed-out mind, I was instantly put at ease by the individual who took my call. They were pleasant to talk to and I quickly realized that they knew what they were talking about. Unfortunately I had an embarrassing moment and locked my keys in my semi truck on Labor Day Monday. I called Twin City, explained my situation and in less than an 1/2 an hour a very pleasant young man with a good attitude showed up and had the door opened in less than a minute. They charged me a very reasonable and fair price that I was more than happy to pay. Thank you Twin City for helping me out and doing a great job.

I am new to leaving reviews but felt compelled this time. About 2 months ago, I called Twin City to replace all the locks in my multi-unit property. The worker who came out was polite and respectful in our text and face to face interactions. However, he had to come out at least 3 times to fix mistakes or oversights. According to one of my annoyed tenants, this worker also left an old knob and lock set on the tenant's porch instead of taking it with him. A bit odd but not a huge issue. What has made the overall interactions with this company particularly upsetting to me were the interactions on the phone with "Don".
