**STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY** General Contractor here who used to use Twin Oaks religiously while they had different staff working there. I never made a dime off of referring them to my clientele, they just made some excellent and affordable cabinets. Since my contact left I have done two projects with them, one of which was for my own brother. The quality of the cabinets, service, and installation is absolutely abysmal now. The cabinets are fabricated and installed very haphazardly. Paint grade cabinets are no longer paint ready without a massive amount of sanding. Boxes and paneling are completely misaligned everywhere, they operated outside of the agreed-upon plans. It's insane. We recently built a new home and had already chosen a cabinet maker.. however our painters suggested we give Twin Oaks Cabinetry a call just to compare. Well let me tell you… I’m so glad we did!! First. Casey( the owner) took time to personally talk with me about my job and gave me excellent advice and suggestions. He walked me through the design process and gave me a better idea of what I was getting than the other company. I purchased cabinets from them via my first contractor. I had to constantly reach out to Twin Oaks to get them to deliver and install the cabinets I paid for. I even drove out one time to get some of the cabinets myself. When the day of installation came I asked them to drop off the bathroom cabinets (as my general contractor would complete the installation) and to complete the creation/installation of my kitchen island. They did not attach the cabinet doors, installed the wrong wheels on my movable island, and didn't bring all of the hinges/hardware. When I called and asked why they left my kitchen island incomplete they claimed it's because it needed to get painted and that they would be back the following week to complete the work (and bring the materials) I already paid for.
