Horrable customer service, they never respond... this is my experience from multiple occasions over several years. Several years ago I wanted to purchase a furnace and I called many times with no response. I stopped and talked with the secretary who gave me information on furnaces and took my name and number saying the guys would call me back but never heard anything. I ended up going down to the other side of Cumberland to buy my furnace. Recently over several weeks I've tried calling, leaving voicemails (with no response) and stopping by their location. I finally stopped by today and someone was there. As I was talking with the guy about antifreeze for my furnace, he asked me where I got my furnace and as soon as he heard I got it somewhere else he told me to go to them. Im honestly s

I was buying a home, needed this business to do a site quote for the bank. First they were unresponsive to call me back to make an appointment . Then when I did get an appointment, he no called, no show leaving me sitting for an hour waiting for him. He needs to hire more people to help him, or scale back his business to manageable levels so he doesn’t leave potential good business unattended to. Go else where for better service.

Matt is an awesome guy to deal with. He made up a package of all the things I would need for my install and it went flawlessly. Can't thank him enough. Heating bill is zero now thanks to Matt and the heatmaster products he sells.
