$10 “extra” charge for any car over 5’. You pay it at “attendant’s discretion” as you leave. 100% feels like a shakedown Unless you drive a go cart, you’ll pay less and get more elsewhere.

Scammy and rude. They charge extra $10 for a SUV. I have a sedan and because I had rails on the roof, they said they would charge me an extra $10. I was shocked and asked for an explaination. The staff were rude from the start and then said they wouldn't charge me like they're doing me a favor, even though they couldn't explain any details of their policy. The staff was extremely rude from beginning. I really hate that I have to park here sometimes. There aren't a lot of choices nearby. I don't trust my car with the staff at this parking lot.

Tight parking means valet included. Self-park doesn't reduce fee. Use QR code on ticket to e-pay on exit. Fees posted at entrance gate. Pedestrian entrance elevator at Two Financial Center lobby. South Station ~100 yards away. Customer service very good.

This parking garage is a hot mess. It is super crowded and they put the cars up on lifts. You have to hustle for attention from an attendant to park your car, and they charge $10 extra for suvs. It took me 20 minutes from arriving to have the car parked and able to leave. There are many other comparably priced garages in the area that are more professionally run.

This parking garage charges you an extra $10 for oversize. That is anything larger than a mini Cooper, literally. Guys was horribly rude. I would advise finding another garage.
