Deceptive pricing – hidden fees after you park This parking garage uses misleading and dishonest pricing to lure drivers in. The sign at the entrance clearly says “$28 flat daily fees”, but once you’re already parked, they quietly add a $10 oversize fee for vehicles over 5 feet tall. There is no mention of this fee on the sign, which makes it impossible for drivers to make an informed decision before entering. This is extremely misleading and feels intentional. If your car isn’t tiny, be prepared to pay more than what’s advertised. I won’t be parking here again and suggest others be cautious. Also no receipt provided after paying - seems they also know it’s ignominious

The parking attendant was extremely rude. He was throwing a power tantrum. We didn't know parking was "valet" and his instruction was unclear

Got the monthly pass, and it’s totally worth it. 24/7 parking, and most of the time it has valet service. The location is convenient, and there are never delays when I go to collect my car. They are very responsive on the phone and on email if I have questions or I need them to prepare my car for pickup. No complaints, I’d buy again.

Fits oversized vehicles! Clean, safe and an awesome staff! They walked me through the entire garage to show me which spots my oversized vehicle would fit it. John

If your car is over 5 feet tall, expect to pay more. It cost me $50 for the day. The staff I interacted with weren't exactly friendly or helpful. When I picked up my car, someone had spilled coffee on the hood. What the hell! Avoid parking here, if you can. There are other lots close by that are much cheaper. I won't be back.
