Two Maids

Great experience! 1st I would like to say I love the fact that 2 ladies were sent. I observed their collaboration throughout the cleaning experience. And I believe this collaboration help provide my home a thorough cleaning. They they did it efficiently. I didn't have to constantly stand over them and direct them what to do. They also helped me move some clothing out of master bedroom closet into my guest room closet. My home was smelling fresh and clean when they were completed. The team that came to my home were pleasant and friendly. I feel like one of them was very attention to detail oriented and that is how I am. I needed some help as time wasn’t allowing me time to get done what I needed. I asked for my stove to be cleaned and it was cleaner but it for sure could have been a lot better. It seemed more smeared. As well as my bathroom mirror but it might have been trouble reaching the height. The walls could have been spot cleaned but that really didn’t happen. I paid for three hours but they weren’t there for even the whole two. They did some dusting that I needed though and the bathroom itself was cleaned up well.

We have used Two Maids for awhile now. They are always on time. Team 1 Ty and Jennifer did an awesome job! Ty is one of our favorite cleaners. Jennifer was in training and did a great job. They are so polite, and friendly. Hope to have this team again.

After booking a one time, 2 hour ‘Design with Time’ cleaning service on a Friday, I was left disappointed. I returned home following two weeks of post surgery recovery. I was limited in mobility and my primary need was bathroom cleaning. After 30-40 mins of the cleaners being here, they let me know they were finished and I gave them a cash tip on their way out. When I went to look at the bathroom after the floors dried, I noticed that the shower looked dirtier than it was when they started. I contacted the office via email to ask what they could do to make it right. They were apologetic and offered to send the cleaners back out the following Monday; but at that point I had already cleaned the bathroom myself because I wasn’t willing to shower in a dirty tub.
