Two Maids

0 stars would be more appropriate. I had booked Two Maids for a Move In/Out service and was quoted at a large number, which I was fine with knowing what needed to be done. I had chatted with owner Alison on the phone when booking the clean. I had told her exactly what to expect, that the home had resided an elderly man and haven’t been properly cleaned in what was probably years (so lots of dust and things like that). When I had returned to the home after the cleaners had left I was met with floors that were never mopped (we had someone in there spackling the day before so there were spackle spots on the hardwood floors, which I had my husband take a video and he ran his finger over one of the spackle drips and it came up with a DRY finger — so imagine how easily it would of came up with

Karen and Maria did an amazing job on my house. I found the communication with two maids to be exceptional. Karen walked through the house with me to make sure I was satisfied and Alison, the owner, came to my house to inspect the work and to make sure I was happy. The communication is far above any other service I have used. This was for a deep cleaning but I have them scheduled for regular cleanings. The house was clean but didn’t smell overly chemical, which I appreciated (they bring their own products). Very happy!

We couldn't be happier with the Two Maids Deep Clean service. The friendly staff left everything sparkling, the house smelling fresh and every little detail covered. This service was worth every penny. I'd highly recommend Two Maids.

I’ve had another person clean my house for a while. I was unsatisfied with their cleaning and switched to Two Maids. My last house cleaning this past week was awesome. Actually since the new arrival of Karen doing my cleaning it has been wonderful. Extremely thorough.

I received a quote and confirmed a date and time for the first cleaning appointment with Allison. The team was a no-show, and despite reaching out multiple times to ask whether they were still coming, I never received a response or any explanation.
