Two Men and a Truck Moving and Storage

Patrick, Jeremiah and Kareem were and are wonderful and professional. They placed the items moved in exactly the spots I wanted them in the space they were going without me saying a word! So great dealing with them. It is my second time hiring Two Men and a Truck (TMAAT). I can guarantee that if I need anything else moved; TMAAT will be the company that I call to get the job done and done right.

Horrible experience - would NEVER recommend. 5 days late, double the price!!!!!!!! Movers were set to arrive from 2-4PM but didn't show until 7:30PM with ZERO call or warning. As such, they weren't finished until after the storage facility closed - this was a Thursday. They did NOT attempt to drop off out items at storage until MONDAY. Then on Monday, they failed to read the sign that indicated not to hold open the elevator. Well, low and behold the elevator jammed, with no Public Storage manager on site - they carried every item up the stairs except for ONE that they insisted they could not move without an elevator. So they went home and had to come back AGAIN the next day to drop just one item off - and we later learned from the Public Storage folks that there was another elevator just

Very pleased with their help with our local move! Jason and his co-worker worked hard and efficiently on the day of our move. All of the other competing companies we got in touch with were much harder to get a good quote from and rates were significantly more. Two Men and a Truck provided a quick quote, easy way to contact the team for inventory adjustments, and they were efficient with the move! Highly recommend.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Two Men and a Truck. The move was scheduled and priced based on a reasonable timeframe, yet moving **only five pieces of furniture less than one mile** took **six hours**—**two hours longer than scheduled**—due to unnecessary delays with wrapping and packing. One of the movers appeared either inadequately trained or deliberately slow, which significantly contributed to the excessive delay. What should have been a straightforward move became stressful and inefficient. To make matters worse, I discovered the **next day** that a **critical support bar for my bed was missing**. It had been left behind on the truck, rendering my bed unusable and causing additional stress and inconvenience. This experience fell far below professional standards.

Kareem and Jameson were great! Super friendly and helpful, really careful with all of our items. The two of them and the company as a whole made our move really easy!
