Two Men and a Truck Moving and Storage

First, We contacted Two Men and a Truck and Dean showed up at our house and did a walk through and advised us on what to expect. How true was his words because on the day of the move Ontavious and his helper showed up and took charge, He made sure all our wardrobe boxes we packed correctly and moved all our items into their truck. Now the best part of this company is that they have their own climate controlled storage facility which we needed due to not being able to move into our new home for 2 weeks. I highly recommend this company for their customer service and expertise on taking care of their customer

Run away. They sent two movers that stunk of weed. They broke 90% of what they moved and the best part about it is that after they broke my daughter’s crib I was told I had to let them finish the move! Then, they proceeded to put holes in my walls, snap my sleep number bed frame in half, chip tiles in my new home, scratch a hurricane impact door and ruin a bedroom door by trying to shove the broken crib through the door frame without taking it apart. Then, it took over a month to send Cordova repairs to my home who further damaged the crib by sanding it and painting it with the wrong color. I was told they would make it right, but that never happened, and as far as my broken $8k bed I was offered $200. Run far away.

I was extremely impressed with Two Men and A Truck from start to finish from the first phone call I made to the end of my moving job. My customer service reps Dean and Christian were so professional and were always there for me with any issues I had. My moving guys Rigoberto, Vedale, and Jacques were the absolute best. They made an otherwise stressful situation so easy and comfortable. I highly recommend Two Men And A Truck and all the people I dealt with were wonderful. This was probably the best and easiest moving job that I have ever experienced. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you to everyone at Two Men And A Truck!!!!

On time. They answer the phone. Their guys were there on time. Very nice and upfront about pricing. Took care of all my stuff like it was their own, made sure everything was packed safely, like one dude was seriously making sure my bed and couch were disassembled and reassembled safely. Seems to care about what they were doing. Went above and beyond in getting my stuff up and down ridiculous stairs. Picked up stuff I was too busy to even notice. I've used them before and really they're a good company w responsible people. And no I'm not associated w them in any way.
