Two Men and a Truck Moving and Storage

These guys did a phenomenal job helping us move today! Carter, Sebastian, and Chris. They were quick, efficient, nice and professional. They wrapped our furniture and TV’s ensuring that it will be safe on the drive over to our other facility. Carter being the lead on the move, explained everything thoroughly and no one milked the clock. I recommend using them again. Thank you guys!!! We need more movers like you! 👏🏽

My recent experience was not favorable, and I was very disappointed with the outcome. The scheduled arrival time was 9:00-10:00 AM. The actual time of arrival was 12:36 PM, over three hours later than what was originally stated. This alone was a waste of my morning and time. The team seemingly had low energy at the beginning. I believe they had stopped on the way to have lunch due to the food bags in the truck. One team member slipped and fell on the ramp, the ramp then fell to the ground. Another team member was on the ramp and dropped a wall decor item, breaking it into four pieces. Initially there were “jokingly” deciding who would carry the heavy items upstairs. Worst mistake of my life, hiring this careless and uncaring company. They ruined a $2500 TV, a $200 rower and a $50 TV stand. Total value $2750. They offered me $70 as compensation. This is a joke, right? Nope, $70. Their movers did not wrap our items carefully, leading to all the damage. The glass TV stand was not padded or wrapped, it just sat on the hard floor of their truck so of course it will shatter when you hit bumps! The TV itself was strapped to the wall, but it fell, so obviously it was not strapped to the wall properly. I have photos of the damaged items INSIDE their truck. I had the most rewarding experience with this company. Firstly, I was assured that I would not be overcharged unnecessarily. Secondly, the movers were absolutely professional, courtesy, friendly and very gentle with my furniture during the move. They collected my belongings from two different storage units in record time.( They arrived on schedule and immediately began working diligently to keep the time I was quoted for my move). I was very impressed how very quickly they unloaded the truck and strategically positioned every single item with precision. Lastly, If there are any issues during or after your moving day, Leon (Manager) will immediately respond and resolve it expeditiously. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for all of your moving needs.

Josh came to my home to view and quote the job. I agreed to the terms and scheduled the job for 04/23/2025. James and his helpers ( use helpers because they were not professional movers) were very prompt arriving at the scheduled time. Things didn't start out very smoothly. James was getting my signature on all necessary papers. He explained a $220 fuel charge. I questioned the charge because my move was less than two miles away. I didn't like the ridiculously high charge ( my opinion) but I decided to continue forward with the move and give Two Men and Truck a chance.
