Two Men and a Truck Moving

REALLY POOR EXPERIENCE. First time using Two Mean & a Truck Moving. The two men had zero experience moving furniture. It was a THREE RING CIRCUS! All we asked them to do was swap the king mattress & box spring with a king mattress & adjustable base in a second bedroom. They weren't strong enough to move the furniture and weren't careful enough nor did they think things through ahead of time. They gouged three walls. In removing the adjustable base from the bed frame, the damaged the frame gouging and denting it along one rail, and the head rail also. They never told me. They dragged the mattresses & base, banging into walls repeatedly. At one point they had BOTH KING SIZE BEDS ALL IN THE SAME ROOM!!! No wonder they had no room to maneuver, and had to gouge walls. Poor experience. All we wanted was two king beds swapped. The two men, Tyler & partner had no experience nor any training in how to move furniture. They crammed two king mattresses ,two box springs & an adjustable frame all into one bedroom. Really? what poor planning was that? no wonder they gouged three walls, and shredded an expensive Ashley side board of the bed frame. They had no tools, and no knowledge of how to use them. They spent twenty minutes trying to remove one bed slat, and failed to do it, then listened to my original advise to lift the base over the slat.Finally, after wasting twenty minutes which I had to pay for. They tried to overcharge me for 2.25 hrs, when they were at my house for 1 hour only. They lacked the strength to carry the mattresses and adjustable base, so j

I hired Two Men and a Truck for a move that needed to be done very quickly. They were able to get me on their schedule when I needed, and the service they provided was excellent. Originally they were scheduled to arrive at 8 AM. They had staffing issue, but they called and let me know what the situation was and found a reasonable alternative. Also, the crew that arrived was so helpful and friendly and careful. Tyler, China, and Zach, were amazing to work with. And they were able to accommodate needing to move additional boxes from a secondary location, which was a godsend. I have in the past had good experiences with movers and less good experience with movers, but this particular experience—and especially Tyler, China, and Zach— was top-notch. Eric and Cory did an amazing job moving my mom's things. They were courteous, professional, and on time. Katie was also a great help planning our move.

This is the second time I’ve used Two Men and a Truck, and I was just as pleased with this moving crew as I was with the first one I used four years ago. The crew for this move was friendly, personable, and very professional. They handled my furniture and property with care, making sure everything was moved without any scratches or issues of any kind.
