Two Men and a Truck Moving

Very disappointed because they used to be the best movers out there. Started with a call with Amber. Left them two vm to schedule my move. Finally got in contact and scheduled it for Wednesday afternoon. Amber made me feel like I was bothering her and of course told me that she was planning to call me back. The entire phone call made me feel uncomfortable. 3 guys shower up at 12:45 which I thought was super great. NO!!!! One bedroom apartment (3guys) should NEVER take 4 hour total. Rate was $160 an hr plus one time truck rental for $155. I had 32 boxes total with couch, bed, small furniture. Total payed $615.00 plus an extra day to finish moving everything. It was a rip off. When I tell you that the quality moving people left the company… believe it. This move was the worst-slowest move

I just had to share a great experience on 11/16/24 with this company. The office was very helpful getting the appointment set up and accommodated my preferred day/moving time. The crew that arrived worked well together. It was the easiest move I’ve ever had. They listened to the color coding we used on boxes to easily see where in the new home they went. I couldn’t be happier. Nothing got damaged either.
