Words cannot explain how PISSED I am with this company. When this review was written it was the 10th plus service call and the Third Technician. We get a call/mailed everyday saying our system is failing this test. The Tech's have blamed weather, network, cell provider and Many other things. Now they just broke our alarm system and say the part is on order and they will be out to fix ASAP. I don't trust that they will fix my issues nor they care about our system or how much time they have wasted!
