U-Cart Concrete

⭐️ 1 Star — Completely Unprofessional Response One of this company’s drivers backed into my house and caused damage to our siding. Since then, they’ve gone completely silent and are ghosting us instead of taking responsibility and fixing what they damaged. We have reached out multiple times trying to handle this the right way, and we’ve been ignored. At this point, we’ll be filing formal complaints and escalating this through the proper channels, including the Idaho Attorney General’s Office and DOPL, because this level of accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend doing business with a company that refuses to make things right after causing property damage.

It took them 2 hours to get it ready for me, when I told them I would be needing it. Finally got the trailer loaded and to the job site but then the 2 yard trailer door hatch that is supposed to open and let the concrete out into a wheel barrow was stuck solid. When I tried to call them to figure out what to do, they wouldn’t answer their phone. We had to manually shovel 2 yards of concrete out of the trailer! Never got them to answer the phone! If I could give zero starts, I would! Will not do business with them again.

Absolute nightmare of a company shorted us and made us pay for them to bring back our full order

Tried to order concrete for three weeks from ucart. Called multiple times durring business hours. Finally got an answer and was told that the weather needed to be above 40 before he mixes. I said thanks and waited until it was. Called back and left a message asking them for an order, never got a call. Called back a few days later got an answer and he the same guy said depends on the weather. When i asked him about the previous conversation and 40 deg temp he hung up without any further word. If your a glutton for punishment go ahead and give this joker a call.

This guy was awesome, he almost didn’t speak to me, I didn’t have to exchange pleasantries or tell him my life story. He told me where to go, mixed up good concrete, and even offered a tarp to put over the back of my truck in case any splattered out. When I return the trailer, he was there and ready, unhooked the trailer said thank you and I was on my way.
