DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The owner is quite literally the rudest man I have ever met. When we showed up to pick up our rental, it was a mad house. They had clearly overbooked and were understaffed. Mix ups can happen, but what I will not excuse is the owner’s awful behavior towards customers for a problem HE caused. This man was basically throwing a tantrum over U-haul’s website running slow and yelling at customers through the whole process. Most of us waiting in line were dumbfounded at this man’s behavior. If I were him, I would be downright embarrassed. I will never be back to this location and will be telling EVERYONE I know to avoid it at all costs.

Long post but must read before you rent here! I wish I could give zero stars because this place doesn’t even deserve one. The owner is hands down the rudest and most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with at a U-Haul location. I decided to try mobile check-in for the first time, and everything was fine until I realized I needed to get the keys. I walked in and he immediately snapped, asking if I was early or late. When I explained I was doing the self check-in, he dismissed it like it meant nothing. Then, when I gave him my last name, he acted like I wasn’t even on the list, only to spell my name back at me (and it was mine all along). The manager was pleasant and courteous towards customers. The only complaint is the trucks need an upgrade. There no USB for charging mobile devices, although the are two 12V outlets in the dash.

Echoing what others here have said. Rarely do you meet someone in a customer facing role that’s so actively unfriendly.
