We had a chimney fire because we were not diligent about having our chimney cleaned. Immediately after the fire, UP Chimney came over and did a chimney sweep. Later, they came back and did a solid flue liner. They would come back to do checks and sweeps and we never had another issue. It was a great investment. They also cleaned our dryer vent and educated us why it’s important to make sure that it’s checked regularly. Overall, we were very impressed with the services and all they had done. Also, very friendly guys. They deserve 5 stars.

Our experience with U.P. Chimney has been excellent. From inspection to cleaning and repair, we will always call them. We also like the communication that they maintain with us. A lot of contractors don't call back, they do. During this Covid-19 period we were happy that they wore masks and took precautions to keep us all safe. To hard to get a hold of. Called and left four messages and never received a returned call. When I finally did reach him, I set an appointment for Friday November 1st. No show or phone call. Called and left a message and once again, no call back. Again when I finally did reach him on the phone, he apologized and said he was working on the schedule, he will call me back. Guess. What NOTHING as of November 11th. When your options are limited for a business like his, I guess you can treat your customers this way. Did I mention, I am a return customer! Very poor business practices!

I am very happy with UP Chimney. They showed on time, were polite and professional. They did a great job and left the house cleaner than when they arrived.
