U-Pack

Relocated to Dallas on short notice from Northern California. Finally after being here almost 6 months I was able to have my parents send me all my items that were in storage. Everything came exactly as described. Unfortunately my apartment wouldn't allow for the UPack container to be there for multiple days so I rented a van and made two trips to clean out the container at the Dallas facility. Overall, this was a great service at an affordable price. I am so glad I didn't have to fly back and drive a truck all the way to Texas.

I stopped at this location to pick up my shipped items that arrived from the East Coast. The worker inside this ABF U-Pack facility was professional and friendly. She was able to locate my shipping papers immediately and I signed for my shipping container without an issue. The shipping container was immediately available for me to offload my personal items and depart the lot.

Incredible experience!! My family moved from Tx to NY and I was so nervous about moving everything across the country! I received many quotes, but nothing beat U-pack pricing, so I took a leap of faith and booked with them. Not only was booking super easy, but they came quickly and on time to drop off the container. Michael was amazing! He explained everything so well and didn’t let me lift a finger when he was showing me how to use the container! After they came to pick it up, very quickly once I was ready, I realized I forgot to lock my items with my own locks that they recommended I do, and I panicked and called the number provided. Really disappointed in the service I received. They picked up my container before my scheduled pickup date causing issues with my movers. After returning it hours later they continue to say someone is scheduled to pick it up yet it’s been 4 days since my scheduled pickup date and there was a panel missing in the container upon arrival. Wish I could give a 0. Would not recommend!

I was able to move most of my stuff from a 2-bedroom apartment in North Carolina to Texas in a single Relocube. Summary Items: a) 50’’ Flat TV b) IKEA Queen Bedframe (Fully disassembled) c) IKEA Queen memory form mattress (Vacuum packaged) d) IKEA Sofa (Disassembled) e) IKEA Rug - 1 f) Washer - 1 g) Dryer – 1 h) Patio set – 1 (Fully disassembled) i) Dining table + 4 Chairs (Fully disassembled) j) Kids cycle – 2 (1 of them disassembled) k) Step2 Kids Play Kitchen -1 l) Computer monitor -2 (17" & 27") m) All kitchen utensils and many other small items. Some useful tips: a) Buy similar size boxes.
