U-Pack

Contracted with U-pack that uses ABF Freight. Dropped off a cube to our home in Mishawaka Indiana and picked up cube when we were finished loading the cube. We were not billed until ABF picked the cube from our starting location. A week later ABF dropped off in Florida. Our kids loaded the cube and we hired a company to unload. Within a day after dropping cube off in Florida, we called ABF and they picked up the cube the following day. Any question I had u-pack answered. ABF placed the cube in the exact place we wanted. Their employees were kind and easy to work with. What a wonderful experience. Thank you!!

The U-Pack move that we just completed was absolutely incredible. From start to finish the process couldn't have been better. The call center representatives were extremely helpful and available to answer questions. The local hub employees on both ends of our move were just as helpful and accommodated a couple of special requests without hesitation. We moved from Florida to Georgia and the price we paid for U-Pack was less about half of what it would have cost to use U-Haul or Penske and then we would still have to drive the trucks and pay for fuel. Pack it high and tight and let them do the driving! I can't say enough about how great an experience this was. The only thing that would have made it better is if they would have loaded and unloaded the truck for me!!

UPack was fantastic. They dropped off and picked up the containers on Schedule. Nothing was broken during transport. They were very friendly and helpful on the phone scheduling and asking questions. Would definitely use again.

Getting everything packed was a long process, but moving with UPACK was a breeze. From my initial call about pricing to the final pick-up of the trailer, it could not have been any better! Pricing is fair, customer service is incredible, and delivery and trailer pick-up were simple and timely. The trailer was clean and did not leak! We were loading while tropical storm Debby was nearing our location, delivering several days of showers and wind. My only issues were with the bulkhead locking mechanism and the ramp. Both were banged up and needed repair, but they could be convinced to cooperate. I still give UPACK five stars because their service overcame the minor imperfections of some of the equipment. I recommend this company for a thorough, safe, competent moving experience. Now I'm on

I highly recommend U-Pack. They were about half the cost of hiring a moving company. The staff was helpful every time I called with a question, and the drivers at drop off and pick up (in Florida and New York) were terrific. Everything was delivered on time and in order. The only thing I would mention is that the pods were smaller than I thought they would be, so I had to order an extra one. However, they got it to me within 24 hours so I could stay on my moving plan track.
