U-Pack

I used Upack for my Travel from California to Missouri and I must admit I was skeptical how things would work. We got the trailer dropped of around the time frame given. The driver gave us great instructions and direction on how to use the ramp and how to place the wall on the space used. We packed everything within one day and called for pick up that same day. Once the trailer was picked up you had some options of payment. I decided to just pay in full and received a tracking link for our items. We arrived in Missouri and within a few days I checked back at the link and was able to schedule the drop off for the next week. This whole process was smooth as can be. This company is currently ruining my life. I paid them over $20k to move four trailers 1300 miles and despite having a trip from hell battling winter storms and losing two vehicles along the way (one broke down the other stolen) I arrived and emptied three trailers alone in freezing conditions and now am having the final trailer being withheld with U-pack demanding an additional $3k storage fee on top of the $3k storage fee I already paid as part of the $20k. I took a loan out on my real estate and vehicle to pay the bill in full before I left Las Vegas not expecting them to charge me another dime. I was so broke by the time I arrived at the destination in Kansas that I did not have money to eat nor to fix the furnace at the destination. For the past month I have lived horribly because U-p

Great customer service from U-Pack and ABS (used 13 linear feet of 28' trailer). Dispatch at starting and ending locations were knowledgeable and personable. Were flexible with timing of trailer delivery and pick up. I'd use them again.
