U-Pack

Three cheers for U-Pack. Everything was smooth sailing with this company. The pickup, dropoff, and delivery was friendly and punctual. The cubes were clean and handled with care. The price was hard to beat. Our cubes arrived a couple of days earlier than promised and we were able to time the delivery just to our needs. Highly recommend this company for its simplicity and great customer service.

I will be recommending U Pack to all of my friends who will be doing a long distance move! I was moving from central NC to NYC with a Relocube and had a phenomenal experience from start to finish. Used U-Pack for a small move Alabama to NC. Absolutely flawless. I had to make a couple of date changes and no issue. The pick up and delivery drivers were great and accommodating. I have a very steep driveway and thought no way would they be able to go up and down it with the cube but they didn’t hesitate and no problems. Everything was on time and there were no up charges. My quote was my final price. Nothing in the cube broke or got damaged so I’m guessing they don’t toss things around. They were also much cheaper than their competition or a moving company. Will definitely use again.

We just moved from New York to North Carolina and the thought of driving a truck with one of our car towed was not appealing. We originally looked at Pods which was double the price of U-pack. I remembered seeing commercials for U-pack on YouTube and thought I would look into them. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very nice, explained everything and was not pushy at all. Everything went smooth at drop off and delivery. There's even videos walking you through the steps. I have been telling everyone about them. It was such a good deal and made moving so much easier!

U-Pack was great as always. We moved from NC to TX. We had a little miss communication at first with the NC branch. They wanted back into the trailer to take out the ramp and didn't want us to use our own lock. The first time we used U-Pack we kept the same ramp and used our own lock along with theirs. They decided to just let us do it and it turned out great! We received the trailer at the new location within the next day of calling them and we even received a courtesy call from the driver Jorge Lopez a half an hour before he showed up for delivery. The driver Jorge was very kind and professional and a great driver.
