U-Pack

I dont have words to describe how upset I am. I had 3 upack cubes that were moved from nh to fl. Today when we started unpacking one of the cubes we found all the plastic totes were smashed as well as a life time of collectibles and memories. To say I am heartbroken is an understatement and when I call to to tell them I was told we are sorry but that its not covered. These items were packed with bubble wrap and put in the cube so carefully. I attached photos to show how bad just a few of the many totes are. I would NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

U-Pack was great. I called them several times and whoever I spoke with was able to help and had my move information at hand. ABF’s long history in trucking pays off in their U-Pack ops. I used a trailer to move from Gainesville Fl to Cleveland Oh and am very happy with U-Paclk. Would recommend.

Using U-Pack to move our daughter from Florida to Vermont was the best choice we could have made. The representatives from U-Pack kept us up to date on when they would arrive for each delivery or pick up. Their rates were better than any of the competitors and all of the people were incredibly friendly. We will definitely use again for any moving needs.

U-Pack was great. I would highly recommend. They were on time, got our household items from Florida to Ohio in great shape and in good time, the drivers were great and the cost was very reasonable, much less than the 'other guy's'. Hopefully we won't need to move again, but if we do, I will definitely use U-Pack again.

I'm so thankful I came across U-Pack when shopping for our move. The customer service is phenomenal and made the entire experience painless which is really saying something for a move. They were always kind, accommodating and able to adapt to our every need. I highly recommend U-pack not only for the service and support, but the price as well. Should I move again, I'm calling U-Pack!
