U-Pack

This is my second review. Not sure why I've gotten a second request but just in case the first one was lost......My husband and I are in our 70's. we had very little help moving the contents of our home of 43 years. That is why we picked U-Pack and are we thrilled we did! Everyone was so helpful! Tim the driver who dropped and picked up the cubes was absolutely wonderful! He showed us why we needed to lock both doors. He helped us get an extra day or so when we were desperately in need of extra time and was just so great at his job! Likewise the folks at the Richmond street Terminal in Philly were wonderful!!! Finally the driver here in Arizona, our new home, I think his name is Diego, was also friendly, efficient and helpful! My only experience with U-Pack. It went flawlessly. I chose U-Pack over competing cube companies and full movers because of the best price, and my sense of which companies would be reliable. Everything worked out as I had hoped for, and I would use U-Pack again.

Absolutely great experience. I was moving from Philadelphia to Charlotte and decided to use a relocube. Big mistake!! This thing is tiny. I don’t know what people are moving in this cube but my king size bed frame could not fit. I called and was able to swap the cube for the trailer. Not only did they swap it for the same price but it was delivered the same day. So for a 8 ft trailer I was charged the exact same price. They assisted me with obtaining a permit and the driver was very helpful. I recommend if you have even 1 room of items to just go with the trailer. You will be happy you did. I will definitely use again and recommend!!

U-Pack was the perfect option for our long-distance move. We didn't want to worry about gassing up a moving truck, nor did we want to worry about hitching our cars. Instead, we drove our cars ourselves and left the furniture and other belongings with U-Pack. The entire team I worked with both over the phone and in person was wonderful. My only comment would be to have more options for drop-off times of the filled containers. 8AM-5PM is a big window, and we could've spent those hours working on something else rather than waiting at home for our belongings. Otherwise, I'd recommend this service to anyone looking to move across the country.

Because of work, I need to move on a three to a four-year cycle. This is the first time that I've tried such a service. My experience was excellent. I requested three cubes. Three cubes arrived. I only used two cubes and was only charged for two cubes. UPack said the cubes would come in 7 to 9 days. The cubes arrived in 7 days in great shape. Compared to conventional moving services, this is so much less stressful. The quality is excellent, and UPack is incredibly professional and friendly. My only concern dealt with items shifting during moving. To alleviate this concern, I packed the cube from top to bottom and used bungee cords and come-along straps to secure the items. Nothing was damaged or lost during the move. Great experience with UPack, and I highly recommend them.
