U-Pack

I would recommend upack relocation cube. The process is pretty automated and easy to use. My cubes arrived on time and the service representative were accommodating to my scheduling needs. I moved from the west coast to the east coast and the process was a breeze. I would recommend ordering 2 cubes if you arent sure how many you need because if you don't use it they don't charge you for it. The only problem I had was 1 of my cubes was old and rustic making it hard to close.

Crews at ABF Freight and U-Pack moving company are A M A Z I N G. They went above and BEYOND my expectations. Their work schedule runs Monday through Friday which I am cool, however because of the timing when my shipment arrived fell on Friday. It's not easy to find storage that allows overnight drop off to unload my things but manage to work with my situation. Little acts of kindness goes a lonnnnnnnng way!!! These guys rock.

Delivery and pickup drivers were great and so was customer service. UPack cost was very reasonable delivering 1500 miles. Saved me $5K using them. I had one hiccup, my 2nd trailer was sent to the wrong city and arrived 3 days late. UPack did give me compensation. Thankfully this trailer was just my shed and garage items.

U-Pack was a great choice for our move from Cleveland,OH to Richmond,VA. The process and timeline is clearly laid out on their website, which is very helpful for someone as calculated as I am. The delivery crew will place the storage containers exactly where you want them. I love that they require the storage boxes need to be locked before they get picked up to get transported to their final location. You don't have to be there when the containers get picked up. All in all, I love this service. I probably wouldn't recommend it for transporting items you really care about unless you get it professionally packed. I didn't do a great job packing things securely and a few heavy items got tossed around within the container, but hey... it's a multi-state move- I anticipate that. 5 stars.

I used this service to move from Southern California to Richmond, Virginia. I was referred by my old boss who moved to Utah to use this service and suggested it due to its very affordable pricing. Moving across the country went smoothly while using this service. They dropped off my container 11/9/2020, Picked it up 11/11/2020, and arrived at my requested location 11/19/2020. I finished unloading 11/20/2020. The container for the most part is very clean, mine only had a little dirt that I swept out. Also remember to secure your items they WILL get tossed around if you don't secure them. They do not use conventional strap hooks either, they use a commercial style strap that goes into a little rectangular notch on the walls of the container.
