Absolutely the worse supply house to deal with. If you have a warranty claim on a water heater that is approved by the manufacturer and deemed still under warranty this supply house wants you to still purchase the water heater then receive a credit later. I talked to Rheem and they told me this shouldn't happen like this. They said once I get a case number from them and return the tag the supply house should they supply house should just give me the water heater...makes sense and this is exactly how my other supply houses work. Btw, this bs is after talking to a counter guy who 2 times never returned my call after he said he would. Today on N. Lewis rd the driver was weaving in lane(not staying within lines) , sped up just to cut off traffic and changing lanes without a turn signal. Drug test your drivers.
