Terrible parking lot for a terrible hospital. Left the hospital bleeding after being stitched, had to come back two hours later and bleeding all over their waiting room since they can’t even close up a cut. 100000000 parking spots for kids who are going to end up not being able to cut it at McDonald’s and 1000 spots for the patients that keep this place alive. Won’t be shocked when this place is being repurposed

The garage was easy to find and had tons of open parking available. The hospital was able to validate my parking so I didn't have to pay. Plenty of signage around so you can find your vehicle easily.

This place is a disaster to get out of. You can pay with your credit card at the gate to get out. Put in your parking ticket with the mag stripe up and to the right and you can use your debit card or credit card mag stripe up into the right. I don't know how many times I've gotten out of my car to help the driver in front of me. If you're not going to pay someone to be the parking attendant then please make sure there are clear instructions at the exits so that people can get out of the garage.

Going in is always easy. I feel safe in the garage walking to elevator, and it is clean. Only snag, and note that this has happened the last few times when I was trying g to exit garage. Often times someone else in front of me has trouble paying ticket to lift gate to go. It has happened to me as well thus last time, and I prepay before I get into my car. We can't always have problems. The system isn't reading the bar code strip well. I purposely chose this location years ago before they started to charge for parking. I think they should reconsider.

Method of payment is awful. Inadequate instructions posted. Receive your ticket as you enter the garage and don't lose it. Machines by the elevators don't work so you can only pay at the garage exit which causes a line of cars waiting. Both ticket and credit/debit card must be inserted with black strip face up and to the right. When the machine at the exit refuses to read you card, call intercom and follow instructions until they open the gate.
