Response time was very quick. He came out next day and was here for almost 2 hours. He was polite and got straight to work, looked over the dryer, fridge, he figured out the issue and told us what needed to be done as well as an estimate of price too. Then went to pick up parts for us, came back and finished it in same day which we thought impressive and quick! When we went to clean up, he took over and did some clean up of his work as well. We will definitely use this company again in the future.

Umid was very professional and reliable. He fixed our gas stove and walked me through the process, made sure I was aware of what he was doing. He was also communicating well through the process of ordering the parts and scheduling the time to fix the appliance. I would recommend him to anyone.

Umid and UJ Appliance are AMAZING. I had a complicated problem with my dishwasher -- a problem two other repair people I had called previously made worse! Umid came to my house quickly, fixed the original problem within an hour, and then even repaired a pipe problem one of the previous repair people had broken. The price for the work was extremely reasonable, my dishwasher worked again immediately, and Umid is a really nice person! I have an older house with older appliances, and I will always call UJ Applicance for my future appliance repair needs.

I have a 10yr dryer that had a part that needed to be replaced. I reached out and got a reply almost immediately. Umid came out the next day to diagnose, which included taking the dryer apart. He gave me a quote, cleaned my dryer (which I’ve never had any repair guy do before!), and put it back together. A couple days later he calls me letting me know he got the part in. He came later that same day and fixed it. My dryer sounds better than it did before it broke. He was very competent and professional. I’ll definitely be calling him again in the future for any appliance repair or maintenance and will be referring him to friends and family. Thank you, Umid!

Our refrigerator was leaking water and we could not figure out what was wrong, We found UJ Appliance and they responded quickly and Umid was at our house the same afternoon. He was professional, clean and thorough, He carefully diagnosed the problem and presented us with a couple options on repair. He fixed the issue the same day and went above and beyond by cleaning all the dirt accumulated under our fridge. He even changed the broken light bulb in our freezer! Great experience and would certainly recommend them to anyone needing appliance repair.
