Easy to set an appointment, got a couple of reminders as promised, Braeden showed up in the time block promised and did the outstanding job as promised. He was polite energetic, personable and professional. Very impressed with Ultimates service and product. They will be my next first call for carpet/floor cleaning.

I had several carpet spots throughout the house that my two rescue dogs (not house trained) had “marked”. I had tried another service, but the spots were still there a few days later. This company did an exceptional job at removing the stains AND ODOR from the carpet. After two weeks, the results are still excellent! I would highly recommend them!

The work they did was far better than any other carpet cleaning company I have ever hired before.
