Randy did a great job getting what we needed cleaned! We were preparing to sell items and wanted them cleaned professionally. This company was recommended through a facebook group. It was a great value for the amount of items we needed cleaned. Although we didn't book a certain time slot, he still communicated his eta and was very personable. Would recommend his services to others!

This company was recommended to me by a friend and I scheduled with them for "early afternoon". I first got a text saying they were running behind. Then I got a text saying "ETA 12:25". I replied back and asked for 15 additional minutes because I was on a video call with my company leadership, and I mentioned that I had actually thought 'early afternoon' was 1:00. The reply back was "I'll catch my next appointment you can call back to reschedule". When I replied "over 15 minutes?" the response called me a "liar" for saying 1:00 (I wasn't lying, that was my assumption), and he said "I'm the best and am heading to my next job". Randy came highly recommended from a cousin of mine when we bought our home 7 years ago. We put in light colored carpets and with our kids, grandkids and puppies they get a lot of traffic. We have Randy out twice a year to clean all the carpets and he cleans our grout every other year. Always on time, very friendly and professional. We highly recommend him and Ultimate Carpet Cleaning for all of his services!

Bad to hang up on a potential customer during a pleasant conversation to talk about needs and services. Randy just hung up in the middle and then text the friend that referred him to me and said he can't do the cleaning of my carpet for my newley purchased home in Texas. I would never recommend this company to anyone!! Randy your rude business owner!!

Horrific experience!!! RUN .. I had an initial appointment with Randy and there was some miscommunication on my part where I thought he said he was going to come in the evening. I missed the Sep 15th appointment so we rescheduled he said please pay $80 charge which will be credited towards carpet cleaning. I venmoed his wife like he requested. He said he will book me for the 29th of Sept i guess he didnt do it and then told me it was filled. I was like ok no biggie everyone makes mistakes. He said 5th is available and i told him repeatedly lock it. He also said you are first on the list if someone cancels.
