Mark the owner of Ultimate Comfort came out and did an emergency inspection of our furnace. He identified the issue and replaced our blower motor so we could get heat to our home, it was 20 degrees at night and with our young boy it was crucial we got the issue resolved. He also identified a minor gas leak from our kitchen range and fixed that on the spot. Definitely recommend! Fast, efficient, and reasonable.

I wasn't sure if I needed a new central a/c unit or not but Mark guided me on the best solution as to fix or replace. He gave me options for both, at the the end of the day we decided a new unit was worth the investment. Mark came in at the best price, installed it on less than one day. He dealt with the manufacturer and got us a replacement cover as it was damaged from shipping as well. Lastly he helped us register it for the warranty. Extremely fast service and good quality work.
