I would give 2.5 stars, equally down the middle, if it was possible. We hired Stephen and his team to level a floor, install a balcony, and then to build out an in-wall cabinet. Communication with Stephen was always difficult. He was hard to get a hold of, schedule and even understand next steps. However, the work that was done by him and his team was great on the floor and balcony. As a homeowner it's nice to know things we are responsible for, like staining the balcony, after it's been installed. Communication was never great, but the work was good on the floor and balcony. The in-wall cabinet never happened. He drafted plans, provided an estimate of a month or so to come back out and complete the job. And then nothing. Ghosted. He left a hole in the wall for us to find someone else
