Mike came out to our house to take measurements to get us a quote for a deck expansion (about 300 square feet) on March 20. My husband really liked him and was excited to see what he could do for us, as he had some really awesome ideas for how to expand our deck in a unique way. On March 25, my husband called to see when we should be expecting the quote, and he said he'd send it that night or the next day. After still not receiving it, my husband called him again the next week, and Mike claimed he'd been really busy, but would get it to us soon. It's now April 9 (three weeks later), and we have yet to receive a quote from him. I thought maybe our project was too small, so it wasn't a priority for him, but then I saw on his website that there is no job too small. Overall, I would have love
