This is my 4th time using Ultra Floors, and I honestly would not go anywhere else. Easy to work with, great selection, and polite , professional installers and sales staff. Shout out to Chris, Megan, and James, as well as the carpet installers whose names escape me right now. We had LVP installed in basement, plus carpet in one room and on the stairs. Could not be happier with the results.

I had my floors redone by Ultra a couple of months ago and I could not be happier. The team was incredibly communicative (and patient!) while I selected my floors, and I LOVED being able to take the samples home to see them in my space. Ordering a larger sample to see at scale was also quick and easy. When work began, the team at my house was friendly, adaptable, and extremely respectful of my home. When they encountered a tough demo situation, they powered through and worked extra hard to stay on schedule even with the issues. My floors look beautiful and I’m confident that, should I have any problems, the team at Ultra would happily help me address them. Love my floors and truly appreciate the entire Ultra staff. We’ve purchased flooring from Ultra for the past 17 years. Most recently they did the flooring for our major renovation. Pictured is the 3/4” solid Lauzon hardwood flooring that they installed in our kitchen, laundry room, den, and powder room. Their installers, Anthony and John, did a superior job! We love the floors! They installed Karastan carpet in our family room. Also beautiful job. Next they’ll install Karastan in our bedrooms. Two years ago they installed LVP in our basement and also did a quality install. Highly suggest LVP in a Michigan basement. That’s what they recommended and we’re so glad we took the advice. Easy to clean, stands up to extra humidity and looks amazing.
